第一步：每一次練習的時間是1小時，時間再長我們就注意力不集中了，就該休息了。

第二步：挑選里面的任意2道題，題型不重要，1、2題可以，4、6題也可以。

第三步：將選出的一個題目的答案，首先讀10-20遍，來熟悉答案，爭取做到能夠背下來的水平，就是為了給自己以充分的準備。換句話說，這段內容對于你來說，不再是一串單詞，而是一個段中文的講話印在你的腦中。

第四步：將這份材料放在一邊，再按照自己的腦中所記憶的內容，或者說記憶的中文的內容，將每一句話復述出來。是的，你在這個時候也許說的不是很好，但是別急，其實這只是你通向成功路上必經的崎嶇。

第五步：將你剛才的答案再重復10遍。

第六步：將你第11遍的答案進行錄音。

經過大約30-60個小時的訓練，其實絕大多數的人都已經有了很好的通過自己的大腦進行組織語言，或者說組織英語的能力了。換句話說，你也就滿足了托福考試的口語線的要求了。

但是在這里請注意，其實要達到口語線還是有一些前提的，第一點就是聽力不能有瘸腿，否則你聽都聽不懂，3-6題，就沒法回答了。第二點就是不能有發音錯誤，如果你有很強烈的口音，以至于印巴的兄弟都會用很親切的目光看著你的話，那么你還需要進行糾音的練習。但是，對于絕大多數的考友來說，其實達到一個滿足托福100分的口語分數，只要按照今天的方法進行30-60小時的練習，就完全可以滿足了。

First, parents need to remember that they will not always be there to help. Children will face many situations in the future on their own, so they need to become comfortable solving problems on their own.

Second, children will remember how to do things better if they solve problems. Even if they make mistakes, the kids can learn what not to do. The process is important for understanding how to solve other troubles in the future.

Therefore, I think that, when possible, parents should let kids learn to solve their own problems.
